Out loud in your mind say “Hey little one, we’re actually going to be nice to ourselves right now, becauae we deserve love” 2. Tell yourself the following “I like being in my head. I trust my thoughts.” (Even if you dont) Practice believing in yourself and your ability to be in your own head. 3. Write a list of 50 things you like about yourself. 50!!! No less. Its okay if they are simple like your ears, or how you drive. But turn your attention to what is right, instead of what is wrong. And do this often. #innerchildhealing #innerchild #MentalHealth
