my sister's middle school never called my mom after she fell and got hurt in PE. There was even a note in her file that says if she complains about any pain to call bc she never does.

My child’s kindergarten teacher took 2 hours to call. My son was in serious pain with a broken wrist. I’ll never forget.

A lot of people are quick to sue today. I can definitely understand that. They(the parents) should only sue if a child was severely injured on the playground which resulted in some kind of deformity
