Everywhere I go they tell me I have box dye in my hairs therefore they cannot do Balayage..I don't understand this at all.. how are salon color different than box dye and why salons refuses to take us

i just finished dying mine (had red, black, brown, previous bleach all in my hair) and i bleached it twice with 30 volume and then blue toner and it turned almost white everywhere
