My body has now bulked up quite a bit, and I now have well-defined muscles that are more prominent. Overall, I have a more bulky thick physique, and I love it. I want my body to jiggle in wiggle and have the imperfections. My Health: While your physical appearance has changed significantly, my health has improved even more. In 2019, you were consuming a relatively low-calorie diet that was geared towards burning fat. However, this meant that you were not getting enough nutrients that your body needs to stay healthy. Now, in 2023, you have switched to a more balanced diet that includes healthy fats, complex carbs, and proteins. I no longer feel bloated or hungry all the time, and my energy levels are much better than before. I have more strength and stamina than ever before, which makes it much easier to power through your workouts. My Conclusion: In conclusion, the transformation that my body has undergone from 2019 to 2023 is truly remarkable. I have gone from a cardio queen to a lifting powerhouse Diva 2x per week and have completely revamped my diet to better support your fitness goals.
