I have learned to use Google Notes. it allows me to keep things in multiple lists that I can fo back to later or delete if I ever remember or want to. Also they are accessible on all of my devices.

Yes I write it in an email to myself and send it to myself. Then cross out as I complete and FORWARD the email to me again so it’s “new” & repeat
