I handle stress very well because I’m good at compartmentalization. I react objectively instead emotionally to stress. My husband does the opposite.

Agreed! I stressed so bad recently and completely missed my period when I NEVER miss. I knew the stress was too high for me & I simply couldn’t handle. I just had to ride the wave until it was “over”
