@shilohfarm: Does Chick-fil-A now have antibiotics in it? 🍗🐓 It’s actually illegal for any meat to be sold with antibiotics in it, but that doesn’t mean the animal can’t be treated with antibiotics before being processed. There’s a required withdrawal period that allows for the farmer or rancher to medicate the animal and wait for the antibiotic to work its way out of the animals system before processing 🔪 @Chick-fil-A used to have a “No Antibiotics EVER” policy and now they’re saying they may source meat from birds that have been treated with antibiotics, but legally there can’t be any residual in the meat. So Chick-Fil-A theoretically still won’t contain any antibiotics, but technically it could if the system isn’t working properly.
