The place I work at has hold times that would blow your mind. Sometimes people tell me they were holding for 2 1/2 hours. I know they are lying because we would’ve hung up on them long before that.

"our menu has changed". Problem is that once the menu has been there for long enough to remove the message, removing the message changed the menu so they have to put it back.
