Should be 400mm spacing between joists or 600mm depending on the thickness of floor boards used

Gravel grid base cost us £200 inc grids, gravel and membrane for 3.5x4m and nothing can get underneath + well insulated/ no draft

Joists should be 40cm uk standard or 16inch. You might have problem with the plywood or plasterboard after.
