GIRL. I live in Kansas City and the day before my move in date, they called me saying that unit wasnt available. After signing everything, insurance, changing address, etc. So I feel your frustration!

Coming from a leasing agent 🙋🏻♀️I check the apartment at least TWICE before move in. And I always tell them about any differences

This also happened to me!! I had to move all of my stuff in storage for a week until they had my color scheme/unit ready 😭 so annoying! Sorry you had to go through this girl 😥
