@heydaisyday: I've recently been focusing on eating healthier and getting fit especially I am turning 40 this year. I want to enjoy life and have fun, and a healthy body and mind are essential to that. Both my husband and I have a sweet tooth, particularly for brownies. Unfortunately, we recently discovered that he is extremely allergic to gluten, like many others these days. So, I tried out a new recipe - Protein Sweet Potato Brownies! Honestly, they're fantastic. Rich, moist, and chewy, they're incredibly tasty. Here is the recipe. 1 large cooked sweet potato 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/2 avocado oil 2/3 cup coconut flour or almond flour 1/4 cup cacao powder 1 scoop protein powder 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt A handful of chocolate chips Bake for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. (I baked mine for about 30 minutes) Let me know how you like it!
