East Asian here but I look SE Asian. Constantly got comments about how tan/dark I was. People would even joke that I worked the farms bc of it. This came from East Asians to me. 🙃

In Europe we have silly quarrels on who has the best wine or cheese, we mock each other but we don’t really hate-hate our neighbours. I thought it was the same with East-Southeast Asian countries.
