Wasn’t there a study done that shown 20% of the people do 80% of the work? Once I handed in my notice in my previous job, I became part of the 80% and realised nobody did anything.

As a longtime smoker and office worker, I have never in my dozen or so years of working, seen someone get more breaks because they smoke. We got the same breaks everyone else got.
