How about just buying a new $20 relay and swapping it, if the problem is fixed…done! No testing, no guessing 🤷♂️

This is good for teaching electronics for students, in the real world if we suspect a bad relay is not supplying the load, we find the same one in the fuse box and swop it out😎

im confused. if the battery was hook up to the switch side. it would be an open circuit. 85 and 86 doesnt change. are you testing the intergrity? just asking. i may be missing something...👍👍

You need to load test 30 and 87. Your test concludes 0.2ohms resistance over the relay contacts whereas this does not conclude their current carrying ability. Grab a h4 and put in series to test this.
