My little one had the bug last week too and i gave her small sips Pediasure every 5-10 mins, 30 mins after she threw up and that helped her settle her tummy

i use to chew on ice when i would get the stomach bug bc it cools me down and doesn’t make me feel as sick

I think you just have to let it run it’s course but keep her hydrated with Gatorade and pedialyte. Mixed together
