it really isn't that hard. i bought my house that was for sale by owner. We sat in the living room and worked out the deal, then I oaid my attorney $500 to come to the closing with me.

I bought my house w.no agent. Thankfully seller didn't have an agent either. Got my financing, and did all the inspections and everything on time. Hear it could be pain, but painless for me

Because real estate agents have made it so complicated to buy a home so that you need one to do it but that’s going to change and it’s going to be less complicated by Home and you won’t be needed anym
