Girlllll switch to the syringe and do it in your stomach, it’s soooo much better and you can control how slow you release it. I can’t believe I ever had my hubby punching my thigh with that lava stick 😭

I take it every week I learned the stomach is the go to spot! And to help with pain let it sit out for at least 45 minutes and ice the spot you plan to do the shot at! Hopes this helps you aren’t alone!

I’m watching this as an effort to delay my own injection. Glad I’m not the only full grown adult that has my husband inject for me. Like I had a C-section and I can’t handle this?! Ugh 🤦♀️

My grandsons get a shot in their thigh once a month . Dupixent also . They don't cry anymore . 5 and 7 , they got use to it. It definitely works for them .
