I took IBDP and to be honest it was really helpful in university I’m way ahead in critical thinking and writing than others

ib doesn’t ruin your mental health unless you are extremely organized and actually plan ahead all your IAs and EE (speaking from experience)

for everyone asking if only ib helps u get into a good uni, the answer is NO. So make sure y have time for extracurriculars and things like that :)

As a fellow 2024 graduate , I agree that the IB isn't really necessary for university. If it isn't for you then don't do it. It will teach you a lot of skills however

ib doesn’t guarantee your spot in a extremely good university, it is your extracurriculars or other things. It does make you more prepared and it gives you some advantage over other students tho
