If you’re looking for an easy, tasty high protein lunch idea then you need to try out this Tuna Mac Salad 😋 I used my favorite sustainable, high-quality albacore wild tuna from @Wild Planet Foods which is a great source of Omega-3’s and protein 💪🏽🐟 #healthyrecipe #wildplanet #tinnedfish  To lighten up the recipe I used a combination of both mayo and plain greek yogurt but feel free to use all mayo if you'd like :) Serves 6 You’ll need: 8 oz elbow pasta, cooked (I used a gluten-free chickpea one) 1 tbs apple cider vinegar 1 cup shredded carrots 1 small yellow/white onion, shredded 3/4 cup mayonnaise of choice 1/2 cup plain unsweetened greek yogurt (I used a dairy free one)  1.5 tbs sugar 1 tbs milk of choice 1 can @wildplanetfoods albacore wild tuna, drained 3 green onions, thinly sliced (plus more for garnish) 3⁄4 tsp salt 1⁄2 tsp pepper Combine the cooked pasta with the apple cider vinegar, carrots and onion. Mix well then set aside in the fridge while you prepare the mayonnaise mixture. In a small bowl combine the mayo, yogurt, sugar, milk, salt and pepper.  Add the tuna, green onions and mayo mixture to the pasta and mix well.
