@timmsevitz: Easy Rainbow Suncatcher Craft with Recycled Plastic Container. 🌈 This is a fun and easy art activity to teach kids about light and weather. Draw a few rain clouds, rainbow and sun sun on recycled plastic food containers. I use sharpie markers, but and permanent marker will work. Carefully cut out the plasstic shapes with craft scissors. Use a hole punch to make a hole at the too of the shape. Attach a pipe cleaner and slide on some colorful pony beads. Twist the pipe cleaner to a recycled straw. Tie a little bit of string or yarn around the straw and hang it in the window! When the sun shines through it makes the colors bright and shimmers! Kids will love this easy and fun craft while learning to reuse plastic. This is a great art and craft activity to make when you are feeling bored on rainy day.
