I have the same skin. I have Seborrheic dermatitis (not on my scalp). Washing my face and hair with selsun blue helps, and a sepcial face-specific cortisone occasionally for a flare.

Ivermectin cream helps with my redness! Fellow pink faced gal. There’s a theory that lil mites on your face cause redness, the cream seems to help and it’s cheap/covered by insurance usually.
