The shade looks okay but maybe it would suit you better in glowy or dewy finish? I think the dead effect is caused by the matte finish

YES, it's the perfect shade. You probably have a pink/cold undertone so I would apply thr blush a little more on the area where you highlight would go and a little bit on your eyelid.

I think the undertone is too cool - you probably need a neutral or warm. Also I think you don’t need that much coverage and maybe go for a more satin finish! That way it’s less mask like and intense

it is the right shade. it looks good after using the bronzer and bringing some colour back. however I feel like it's too matte and too full coverage for you. try getting a sample of the nars tinted
