You can sue. Get a letter from your doctor and send it to them. You are protected as you’ve just had a baby, they can’t fire you. It’s unfair dismissal.

You can have 12 months maternity leave. I don’t think he can fire you whilst you’re within that. You need to speak to your union or citizen’s advice.

Where are you love? It’s illegal in the EU . When you are on sick leave you can’t be fired . You also do NOT have to tell him anything about your health
