What do I do!!! Have a 2 year old that slept throughout the night before he turned 2. Now he wakes up almost every hour, crying and refusing to sleep, unless myself/husband stays with him in the room

My 14/almost 15mo is doing the same thing,such a good sleeper until 2wks ago. Now he wakes every night crying & can be unsettled between 1-3hrs 😥 I’m exhausted and not sure what’s causing this.
