I know yall hate apartments but hear me out… it’s not their fault either. The cost of materials, labor, etc. has gone up. This is a bigger issue.

can’t forget the mandatory $200 utility / amenities package nobody wants, plus $100+ for parking (even tho they own the parking spaces that are on the property) MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
