@sarasmysteries: I honestly am surprised that i came up with the idea minutes before i sent off the book, and im glad i waited another day, so i can do it. I love the result!! The theme is also very fitting, investigative mystery book, and wrapped in newspaper from the OG investigator, SHERLOCK HOLMES 😍 ▪︎So what i did was look for "sherlock holmes news print" and search for the ones that seemed full and in a vertical orientation ▪︎I also noted to have them all around the same color * Now, i couldn't, of course, so i ended up just printing them in Monochrome to have them all look identical ▪︎i taped 2 pieces horizontally ▪︎ then taped these 2 taped pieces together vertically ▪︎place the book, leaving only a small flap at the bottom, length of about 4 fingers, and the bigger piece is up ▪︎ bring the top piece down, while holding it down, bring the pieces on the side of the book down, so you have 2 half triangles on each side ▪︎bring the top half triangle in from each side, then follow with the second (backside) half triangle in again, making the folded pockets. ▪︎wrap the bottom side normally and tape if necessary
