I use Radon Eye pros… I get a reading in 15 minutes…. I tell the homeowner (if I allow the data to show during the test) to not even look at it for 12 hours.

our inspector missed the fact that you can't have power lines from the pole running directly to the house where we live. we were fined 10k by the power company and couldn't sell until it was fixed.

I went I found an internachi inspector for my house when I moved. Can’t say I’m 100% pleased with his work. He missed the fact that the house didn’t have a water pressure reducer. Ended up out $2k.

The "inspector" who did the walk through for the people who bought our home was awful. Told the buyer's he found 90+% moisture in our walls. Guess who also provided mold testing?

When we sold our house, the inspector the buyer hired was there a total of 20 minutes. He did a "Septic Inspection" and said our tank was good. We are on sewer... He found 5 minor issues only.
