@itslizmiu: RED PICKLED ONIONS 1 large red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorns 1/2 tsp chilli flakes, optional Bay leaf, optional + Brine PICKLED CHILLI 6 chillis, sliced + Brine BRINE 1/2 cup vinegar 1 cup warm water 1/3 cup sugar 2 tsps salt Takes 3 days to pickle. Place ingredients into clean jars and top up with brine making sure everything is submerged. Make more brine if necessary. Will keep in fridge for a few weeks. #pickles #fyp
