What’s the diff btwn cloud and cloud 2.0? I bought cloud and it fades quickly. I’ve tried applying w Vaseline or right after moisturizer but no luck

This is a beautiful fragrance. I disagree about a Fall or Winter frag. This blooms on hot and humid days. At least on me. I lose the scent within a few minutes during colder months.
