Still tastes good though 😌 Recipe ⬇️ #food #easydinner #ramadhan #iftar #iftarideas #cookwithme #asmr #asmrcooking #dinner #tacos #chickentacos #shreddedchickentacos Ingredients: 1 full chicken breast 6 small tortillas 1/4 lemon juice 1/4 red pepper 1/4 green pepper 1 red onion 1 cup canned tomatos 1 cup water 250g Mozzarella cheese Seasoning: (TO TASTE) Salt Pepper Onion granulates Garlic granules Paprika Cayenne pepper Cajun seasoning Chilli flakes Recipe: -Slice up chicken breast and season with all spices and lemon juice. All to marinate for 2 hours. -Pan fry chicken in oil for 3-4 minutes on both sides on medium high heat. My slices were thick so I added a splash of water and covered pan with a lid to make sure they cook through fully. Then shred chicken using 2 forks. -Fry vegetables in oil for 1 minute then add shredded chicken. Mix well then add canned tomatoes and season to taste. -Add water, cover with lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. There should be enough sauce for you to dip tortillas in. If not then add more water and cook for a few more minutes. -Dip tortilla in sauce and pop it in a pan on medium heat. Add cheese and the chicken veg mixture. Cook for 1 minute. -Fold tortillas in half then flip to cook on the other side for a minute or until crisp. -Repeat process
