question - what would u do for someone who mullein didnt help? i was having a cup of tea a day for a few weeks and my lungs didnt seem to be benefitted in the slightest. not sure what happened

Can you do one of these on slippery elm? And do you know if it’s safe in pregnancy? It seems as though it’s help with so many pregnancy symptoms. Heartburn, constipation, etc
