The only problem I have seen with PEX through the years is seeing rodents eat through it and even termites if you can believe that I have pictures. copper is king but expensive.

@ThatRVtech maybe you could do a review on these in rv applications. Some of those small spaces can be a pain to fight traditional pex fittings.
