@allthings_womenshealth: I will say theres no one size fits all appropriate to this diet. I wouldnt ever go back to eating meat but I know people who do follow an AIP whilst eating meat. Make it work for you! I have other staples in my cupboard already. In going to document my This is whats working for me. Take inspo from whichever bits you wish. Im just sharing my journey. I have other staples in my cupboard already I’m going to make this a series ans post meals I’ve eaten, drinks and other foods that can help reduce inflammation. The anti-inflammatory diet can help manage endometriosis symptoms by reducing inflammation in the body, which is often associated with the condition. Foods rich in antioxidants, omega-3 fatty acids, and fiber, while avoiding processed foods and those high in trans fats, can help alleviate pain and discomfort associated with endometriosis. This diet may also support hormone balance, reducing estrogen dominance, which is a factor in endometriosis development. #EndometriosisWarrior #endometriosis #womenshealthcare #endometrosissymptoms #ChronicIllnessAwareness #menstrualcycle #endometrosis #chronicpain #pcos #hormonalimbalance #estrogrendominance #antiinflammatorydiet #aipdiet #hormonediet #hormonehealth #guthealth

You can cut down on nightshade vegetables such as potatoes, bell peppers & tomatoes too! I’m just reducing mine rather than cutting them out completely 🥰
