I actually did forget to give report and remembered when I got on the freeway-call immediately and the old crotchety nurse was so mean about it and said “I’ve been looking for you”. Omg it was awful

I’ve actually done it before after a crazy shift. The nurse was cool and figured it out. I only remember when I came back the next coming 🤦♀️
