I did a similar thing to the taking down the system. I took down the whole fleet of offshore vessels. Cost the company 500 000 dollars an hour for that. I got a good scolding for it

I had a user complain that one of our helpdesk techs googled about their issue and didn't just know the answer. I think non-tech people think we just know everything all the time 😟
