my granddaughters used to do this. we used to have to give her hair extensions. she would grab anyone with long hair. thought it was only my granddaughter. she eventually grew out of it xx

let her keep it my 1 year old son dose that but he has to have one of my shirts that smells like me and I asked the doctor and they said it's because of the way that moms smell and the kids love it

maybe you could stick the hair to a doll but with hair and make her like it and be obsessed then take the hair off of it then she has a doll instead
