@cheflaurencovas: Our Baked Italian Meatballs are the perfect big batch, make-ahead meal that you can pull out of the freezer on busy weeknights. Enjoy! Tune in tomorrow for our sauce! Baked Italian Meatballs (makes 30 meatballs) Ingredients: 3 lbs 20/80 ground beef 1 lb Italian sausage 3 eggs 6 garlic cloves 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp oregano 1 tbsp Italian seasoning 1/4 c parmesan cheese 2 c panko bread crumbs non-stick spray salt & pepper Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, add 1/2 ground beef, then 1/2 sausage, repeat with the rest. Add panko bread crumbs, parm cheese, seasoning mix and 3 eggs. Microplane garlic cloves over the bowl. Use your hands to combine all of the ingredients. Using an ice cream scooper sprayed with non-stick spray (or scooper the size of your choice), scoop the meatballs one at a time, rounding them by rolling in your hands and line the meatballs up on sheet pans sprayed with non-stick spray to be baked. Spray the top of the meatballs with nonstick spray and season with salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
