If it’s too thick.. add club soda GRADUALLY. ONCE THE SHRIMP IS SEMI FROZEN, LIGHTLY DUNK IT IN THE WET BATTER, USE YA HANDS TO KEEP THE SHAPE OF THE RING AND TO LATHER THE BATTER ON IT.
