We didn’t have to buckle up in the U.K. until the early 80’s “clunk click every trip” …… my 57 Buick didn’t have any belts at all & a steering wheel that would impale u!😂

Uhm I need to research this I don’t think they had seat belts in the 1800s passenger cars didn’t have seat belts tell the late 50 and mandatory I believe in the late 60s
