2 eggs, 1yolk, 250g caster sugar. whisk till fluffy. 75ml oil, mix. melt and brown 70g butter and mix. 75g cocoa power, 65g plain flour, pinch of salt, chocolate chunks. fold. bake at 180° for 30mins!

i made them, they were very good but for me 30 minutes was a bit too much time for the baking, they ended up tasting slightly burnt on one side (poured unevenly)

Honest review : I legit made this and it was soo good - like I was shocked normally TikTok’s recipes never work. Only thing changed - used a professional mixer for all this , only had 45g of coco powder , put 40g less sugar and added extra 5g of plain flour. Thank you so much for this recipe 🥰🥰

OK, I just made this 3/8/25 and I can confirm as somebody who constantly messes up brownie recipes that this is a perfect brownie recipes. I use ChatGPT to convert the measurements to tablespoons.
