It took me almost 18 months to get thru it with therapy. I felt like I’d never be out of pain again. And drs were very dismissive

I'm on estrogen patch and have iud with progesterone so assume that counts as HRT. Has not helped with body pain or frozen shoulder at all. I've been trying to get off sugar for 25 years 😟
