Probably the worst thing that happened to my daughter was when some kids in her class were sharing a snack and one girl said not to share with my daughter because they would “catch diabetes” 😡

People just don’t think. When Nyle was diagnosed a lady rang me and told me her son had to have his legs taken off I was like what!!! Totally scared me until I learnt more. X

My insurance agent told me I was wrong about my diabetes tech. They said the Dexcom was also an insulin pump and I didn’t need two medical devices 🙃🙃

As a school nurse one of my kiddos dads LEFT THE MOM and kiddo after diagnosis because he said the mom caused it and the diagnosis wasn’t real that the mom was giving her insulin for no reason 😲

My sub at school once told me to give her my pump. And that when in 2016 when I first got my pump. And I had been diabetic already for 5 years and she got in big trouble
