b4 the pandemic I was visibly disabled, needed a cane. people coughed on me instead of saying excuse me to get me to move or turn their head cough on me on purpose as they passed in an aisle.¹

When I have to work in an office I keep sanitizing wipes near me because I don’t trust people to not be gross. I don’t do it excessively but near the end of the day I’m wiping my area down 🥴

I remember going thru an existential crisis early on in the pandemic over doing something that would get someone sick who then got other ppl sick, etc. And there were (still r) so many who don't care.

Mid COVID someone coughed in my face while I was masked at Walmart. I had to go home to my immunocompromised 2 week old preemie. I couldn't touch him or my husband till I got a test
