I just woke up like 15 min ago from a nightmare I had about an alien invasion. It felt too real & that was the 1st time I ever dreamt of something like that. I’m still shaken & scared

every year on my birthday(6/26/2006), since i was 6 years old, i have this terrifying dream where im in this white room in a chair and there are 3 green aliens giving me kind of like a back and arm scratch. the room felt like nothing but i felt so scared, i didn’t see the aliens except for their arms but i always sensed it being those typical “aliens”. my mom would ALWAYS wake me up because i would be sobbing from being so unsettled. every year on my birthday i have this dream, no other time. it makes me paranoid to sleep on my birthday 😭 i still wake up each time in a night sweat and a pillow soaked in a puddle of tears

I had dreams all they childhood & into my 20s that they would mind control me 2 come out & as soon as I was near them I’d remember them & not be afraid anymore but was terrified 2 go 2 bed.

I've never dreamed of Aliens before but last night I had one so realistic, i ddijt realize it was a dream even when i woke up. I wasn't scared. Felt normal. Also wake up with bruises in weird areas

the interesting thing is that those alien dreams are actually real...I just got attacked by lizard aliens in a dream & I had an energy scan & they saw the attacks in my stomach from them

I had a dream about being in these red dusty, windy mountains, I was with a group of people leading them. We were hiding from from these giants aliens. They were as tall as the mountains.
