My hospital allowed alll of this! Golden hour, delayed clamping and different birthing positions were alr part of their routine. Best birthing experience!!!

I wasn't able to push on my hands and knees like I wanted bc the epidural took out my entire lower half but we delayed cord clamping and I got THREE GOLDEN HOURS🥰

I hated mine they knew they had to do a c-section since one of the twins was in breech position and decided to see if he will turn around after 10 hours and one of the babies almost d!ed they 1/2

I felt lucky to get the golden hour with both my girls. one went to nicu after so I was beyond grateful. didn't have much of a birth plan besides that but all my nurses were still amazing.
