The reception 🥰 This was honestly something I’ll never forget. Having our closest friends and family all in one room was surreal but so much fun! I feel so so so grateful to all of them and it made the day so much more special. 👰‍♀️🤵‍♂️We hosted our reception on a Sunday at a restaurant! It made the most sense for us because we didn’t want dancing and prioritized food! We were so excited that Riverbank Bistro also had a ton of outdoor space we could use 🥰 🧋We also wanted something special for guests and Ocha + Boba had the perfect vibe we were going for. (Ever since I was younger I said I will 100% have a bubble tea bar at my wedding so I was VERY excited about this) As for decor, I wanted something timeless and elegant so having The Lavender House create the perfect floral arrangements 💐and getting a ton of matching decor from Special Event Rentals really got the vibe down! 🎂 As well, I really wanted to have a memorable and delicious cake. I’ve loved @birdhousebakeshop (IG) for a WHILE so it made sense to reach out. She made us an earl grey cake with roasted strawberries, mascarpone mousse and honey buttercream.
