please seal your prints with a food grade glaze coating of some kind they will grow bacteria and some nozzles have lead in them... great idea but be food safe

You should get the unformed tin cookie cutter bands and then 3D print the templates to form the cutters into shape so it's more food safe/durable.

Once you seal them with egg wash, you can freeze them, then wrap in parchment and seran-wrap. They will keep for a few months.

FYI best practice with 3d printed cutters is to put a layer of plastic wrap between the cutter and the dough if you want to reuse the cutters. bacteria can grow bc you can't fully clean the prints

I'd suggest using an egg wash on the edges where the pastry connects to one another to keep them together. also I wish I had a 3d printer now
