My issue with Synchrony is with their credit cards they sometimes take several days to process payment. How are they with transferring money in and out of your hysa?

I have something similar but not a Hysa. My bank offers certificates that range depending which certificate to get. I have two which are 4.5% and 5.2%. I can’t take any money out until it matures.
