@actionjacquelyn: Full Body Workout, No Equipment… 😅 because I know how hard it can be to get your workout in as a new mom, or a mom in general! So involve your little one, it ends up being so fun for both of you! Do each move for 45 seconds, 15 seconds break in between each exercise, do 2-4 rounds for a full body workout ranging from 10-20 minutes. 😅 My Postnatal Program is aaaalllmost done and will launch in my @barredefinition app soon! It’s 6 weeks of 20-minute full body workouts. So excited for this one 👏
