Ingredients 2 rice cakes Smooth peanut butter 1/3 cup raspberries, mashed 1 scoop @Flex Brands chocolate protein, discount code MARIANNA15 1/2 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt 3 tbsp dark chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil Sea salt Instructions: 1. Mix together protein powder with Greek yogurt. Set aside then melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals until smooth. 2. Top rice cakes with a thin layer of peanut butter, mashed raspberries, protein yogurt, then drizzle on the chocolate.
